By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, fully understand, and agree to our policies.

REFUNDS/GUARANTEE

We offer a 5-day guarantee on our nail services.  Regular polish is not guaranteed.  Should your manicure or pedicure chip within this time frame, please call or text me, and you have up to 3 days to come in, and we will fix them free of charge. 

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

APPOINTMENTS

We require that all appointments be secured with a deposit of $30.00 by PayPal or CashApp.  No refund if no show, late without calling, or cancel less than 24 hours.

Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received and processed. 

Appointments are made to provide convenience to your busy schedule, and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment.   

CANCELATIONS

Kindly provide at least 12-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.  Less than a 24-hour’s notice will result in a charge of the full-service price, and All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO SHOWS

Clients who fail to attend appointments will not get their deposit back.

RUNNING LATE

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Please Call Us ASAP to let us know.  We may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment to stay on time for other clients.  

After you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and no refund on your deposit.

CHANGES

Any nail length/shape/color choices you make will be shown to you first on 1-2 nails before we move on to the next. Unfortunately, we cannot change your original choices once your service is complete.  Any changes will result in a new service charge.

SAFETY

We do not service those we feel may have a contagious nail condition, open wounds, or any illness that may potentially cause harm to others.  Please inform the nail technician if you are having the diabetic condition, or any health problem, so that he/she can provide the specialized services needed that will be safe for you.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In case of inclement weather, closures will be updated on voicemail and on our Facebook page. We will do our best to contact each client if this occurs.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

Gift certificates are available in store.  Gift certificates are non-refundable.
