By booking an appointment, you are confirming that you have read, fully understand, and agree to our policies.


We offer a 5-day guarantee on our nail services.  Regular polish is not guaranteed.  Should your manicure or pedicure chip within this time frame, please call or text me and you have up to 3 days to come in and we will fix them free of charge. 

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.


We require that all appointments be secured with a deposit of $20.00 at Paypal or CashApp.  No refund if no show, late without calling, or cancel less than 12-hour.

Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received and processed. 

Appointments are made to provide the convenience to your busy schedule, and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 12-hour before your scheduled appointment.   


Kindly provide at least 12-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.  Less than a 12-hour notice will result in the charge of the full-service price, and All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.


Clients who fail to show for appointments will not get your deposit back.


We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Please Call Us ASAP to let us know.  We may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment in order to stay on time for other clients.  

After you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancel and no refund on your deposit.


Any nail length/shape/color choices you make will be shown to you first on 1-2 nails before we move on to the next. Unfortunately, once your service is complete, we are unable to change your original choices.  Any changes will result in a new service charge.


We do not service those whom we feel may have a contagious nail condition, open wounds, or any illness that may potentially cause harm to others.  Please inform the nail technician if you are having diabetic condition, or any health problem, so the he/she can provide the specialized services needed that will be safe for you.


In case of inclement weather, closures will be updated on voicemail and on our Facebook page. We will do our best to contact each client if this occurs.


Gift certificates are available in store.  Gift certificates are non-refundable.
